Registration Process

Required Documents
All documents must be prepared in ORIGINAL. Notarized photocopy will not be accepted!
Passport
(minimum 2 years)

When applying for a passport, you should pay attention to the validity period of at least 2 years.

Diploma
(original and Apostille stamp approved)

After the original diploma is received from the school, you approve it in the same provincial/district governorship.

Transcript
(original and Apostille stamp approved)

After the original transcript is received from the school, you approve it at the same provincial/district governorship.

Formula A
(original and Apostille stamp approved)

After this document is received from the population directorate, you approve it in the same province/district district governor’s office.

Health Report
(original and Apostille stamp approved)

After you receive a document called “Single doctor report” in the health center, you approve it in the same province/district district governor’s office.

What is an apostille seal?

Apostille is a document approval system that ensures the authenticity of a document and its legal use in another country.

Apostille stamp is made in the provincial/district governorship where the document is taken.

Call our office in case they can’t get the Apostille stamp on the original document at the district governor’s office.

Application
Scan all the pages one by one in Jpeg or PDF format and send the ready-made original and apostille stamped documents (diploma, transcript, formula A, health report, passport) to the address below

We receive an Invitation (acceptance letter) from the school in about 1 week and we can now start the procedures for the visa.
To initiate your transactions, send us an advance fee of $300 via bank (advance is non-refundable)
Our company has the documents translated and applies to the school we choose together with the student.

Visa
What is a student visa?
When you come to Ukraine as a tourist, you are not enrolled in the school. In order to enroll in the school and get a long-term residence permit, you must enter the country with a student visa. The student visa period is 3 months, you must enter the country within one month at the latest from the date of issue.
Prepare the following documents and send them to our Ankara branch for visa application.

  • -Passport original
  • -Power of Attorney (original)
  • -2 passport photos
  • -$180 (regular, $260 (express)
  • -Bank statement of at least 5000₺ belonging to the student or his/her family, showing that you can cover the travel expenses

The following information will be written on a note paper:

  • -Student’s phone number
  • -Mail address
  • – Visa start date (to be notified to the student by the company)
  • -The address to which the passport will be sent when the visa is issued

You send all the above documents, note paper and fee by courier (preferably MNG) to the following address:
